Cortni has over 26 years of experience in engineering, packaged systems, rotating equipment, business development, and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) services across the energy, civil infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors. Her career spans key leadership roles supporting natural gas, oil, solar projects, with expertise in foundation systems, engineered equipment, and project delivery. Cortni has led business units and corporate development strategies at multiple firms, including executive roles in engineering and technology startups. She has successfully launched and scaled businesses in the renewable energy and energy storage markets, negotiated strategic MSAs with midstream clients, and overseen rebranding, CRM deployment, and market expansion initiatives. Her leadership has helped secure critical growth partnerships and achieve major revenue milestones.
Previously, Cortni co-founded and sold a lithium battery company. She has also held senior roles at Zion Engineering, DXP/IPS, Magnum Piering, and Stantec, bringing a deep technical foundation in structural and civil design, rotating equipment systems, and transportation infrastructure.
Cortni is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from Arizona State University. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, tennis, dirt biking, mountain living, and entrepreneurial ventures.
